RSA Crossfit is a humble strength and conditioning facility that provides performance based athletic training. The foundation of the training is centered around functional fitness and natural human body movements. We also focus on mobility, flexibility and have recommendations on nutrition. The workouts include, but are most definitely not limited to: olympic style lifting, power lifting, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning and running. The goal of RSA CrossFit is to enhance anyone’s fitness regardless of experience or fitness level. We also strive to introduce people to a unique experience of community and camaraderie that is uncommon in the “Big Gym” establishment.
The RSA facilityhas sixCrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainers that are dedicated to helping our members achieve and exceed their goals.
